Do I need to bring towels?
We have complementary sweat towels available for your convenience. We also have shower towels to rent for $ .75.

Can I leave a lock on a locker?
We have day lockers for you to use free of charge. Lock up all your belongings while working out and please remove your lock when you are done for the day. If you would like to leave things here, we have rental lockers available for $5 per month or $40 per year.

Do you offer a nutrition assistance program?
If you are looking for assistance with nutrition, we have a program available through Innovative Fitness that will help determine the best nutrition plan for your lifestyle. We feel this is a vital component in obtaining a balanced healthy life. Please contact the front desk for more information.

Can I bring a guest?
Our guest fee is $7. If they decide to become a member within 3 days, this fee will be applied to the membership.

Are group excercises included with membership?
Group exercise classes are complementary with your membership. The current schedules are kept at the front desk. Group classes are designed to keep your motivated while having lots of fun!

Do you offer tanning?
Yes! We have tanning beds available. Why not relax in one of our comfortable rooms-Aruba, Cozumel or Jamaica. Our packages are $40 for a month unlimited or $40 for 10 visits. Our front counter staff will assist you at your first visit.

How do I know if a personal trainer is for me?
Everyone should hire a prersonal trainer at some point in their exercise life to gain the knowledge that a personal trainer professional can offer. That may be for 1 session or serveral sessions to help with technique, safety, programming, motivation, nutritian, composition and testing or just to learn some new excercises. Whatever the reason, our personal trainers guarantee it will be a worthwhile experience.

Do you offer day care?
Yes, we offer day care services. If this would be helpful to you, please peek in the day care during its open hours and meet Sarah, Nicole or Jenn. We love our U.S.A. children and would be happy to sit for yours while you work out. Our fee is $2 per child, per hour-with a 2-hour limit. The age requirements are 1 month-10 years old.

Is assistance available when I become a member?
An initial orientation is encouraged to familarize you with programing the cardiovascular machines and for making adjustments on weight machines. A follow up appointment is also available and usually occurs 2 to 3 weeks after joining.

What do I need to bring?
Comfortable workout clothes, gym shoes, drink bottle and towel, and most importantly, attitude. We supply everything else.

How often should I do BODYPUMP™?
We recommend two to three classes a week. Your body needs recovery time between workouts so rest at least one day between classes.

When will I notice results?
Once you’ve started BODYPUMP™, your muscles will quickly adapt to this type of workout and you’ll notice strength gains as your body gets used to lifting weight. As your strength improves, you’ll start to see fat loss and improves muscle tone.

What will BODYPUMP™ do for me?

  • Burn up to 600 calories per class for fat loss.
  • Improve your strength.
  • Shape and tone your muscles.
  • Improve your bone density (helps ward off osteoporosis).

How often should I do BODYCOMBAT™?
You’ll be hooked on BODYCOMBAT™ – but don’t overdo it! For best results, try and do a class two or three times a week.

How fit do I need to be?
BODYCOMBAT™ is for everyone with moderate fitness levels. Because the moves are simple, you do not need to be especially well coordinated.

What do I need to bring?
Trainers and any kind of workout gear that you feel comfortable in. You are going to sweat, so bring a towel and a water bottle.

Will BODYCOMBAT™ help me in self-defense?
BODYCOMBAT™ is a non-contact fitness program, not a self-defense course – however, fitness is beneficial in any situation.

What will BODYCOMBAT™ do for me?
BODYCOMBAT™ is a fiercely energetic cardiovascular workout that:

  • Improves heart and lung function and reduces the risk of heart disease.

How often should I do RPM™?
If you do RPM™ two to three times per week you will feel fitter, stronger and leaner.

How fit do I need to be?
Controlling the intensity of the workout means riders of all abilities can ride together – from the relative newcomer to the elite athlete. As you ride more frequently, you’ll become fitter.

What do I need to bring to class?
Bring a water bottle and a towel. Wear comfortable clothes. Cycling shorts are recommended but not essential.
