Personal Training

A good personal training program provides you with a balanced, safe and challenging workout.  Your personal trainer will begin with a thorough fitness evaluation that includes a medical history, a baseline assessment of your physical condition and a nutrition evaluation.  They will then design a customized program to help you achieve your fitness goals.

To get started with a personal trainer, contact the gym or the trainer individually. Our personal trainers are listed in alphabetical order below. The number one reason many of our members work with a personal trainer is to MOTIVATION!!!
