In a typical SH'BAM™ class
A typical SH'BAM™ class is 45-minutes long with twelve different tracks. Each track features unique choreography and is essentially its own stand-along dance routine. A new SH'BAM™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

Common Questions
What do I need to bring?
Loose, comfortable workout clothes, gym shoes that allow for plenty of twisting and turning, drink bottle and towel, and most importantly, attitude. We supply everything else.
How often should I do SH'BAM™?
We recommend three classes per week to get the most out of SH'BAM™.
Can I do it?
You most certainly can! Dance-inspired workouts don't get any simpler than SH'BAM™. Your instructor will introduce you to the basic choreography and coach you through each of the simple steps - and it's up to you to add in as much sass and style as you like. SH'BAM™ is for people of all fitness levels, and we promise you'll get fitter doing this class regularly.
